framed in an ornate gold frame with walnut suede matte and
beaded gold fillet and with printed brass plaque of George
Washington quote that reads,
"I consider it an indispensable duty to close this
last solemn act of my official life by commending the
interests of our dearest country to the protection of
the Almighty God and those who have the superintendence
of them into His Holy keeping." This
is an open edition art piece and comes with a "Certificate of Authenticity." Painted
in 1975 by Arnold Friberg.
